If an order is declined, the company will notify the customer and refund the payment.

POSTAGE PACKAGE AND INSURANCE
Postage and insurance is GB £5.50
International mail plus insurance is £15.00. If this works out cheaper, we will only charge you accordingly.
Packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next Day Delivery in the UK.

Guarantee...
Tony Strowger Jewellers has a 6 month Guarantee of workmanship on all Bespoke and Handcrafted jewellery that is made by us. Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are of the highest quality. Therefore, please examine all goods as soon as you receive them and notify us if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. Returns... If you wish to cancel your order, please write or email us. Our details are on our contact page. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after you receive the goods.
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract, there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, to the address given. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you within 7 days, less any costs to collect the goods if required. Starting with the day on which we receive the goods with a notice of cancellation in writing from you.
Bespoke Jewellery Orders... All commissioned jewellery sales are final.
Jewellery Orders... All items that have been personalised or engraved are non-refundable. Earrings cannot be returned if worn, due to hygiene reasons. We fully respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold or given to outside parties. All rights, including trademarks and copyright, on this website are licensed or owned by Tony Strowger Jewellers. You acknowledge and agree that all rights are made available for your use, while visiting this website.
